If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at lukas.l.johannessen@icloud.com with a photo of the item and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept physical returns. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
